How it works:

Availability: We have a variety of fulfillment options for pick-up Wednesday through Sunday. Basic items such as whole chickens and butchered parts will always be available to order where as specialty items such as sausages and marinades will be posted as they become available. Monday and Thursday mornings are our target days to update the store inventory with those specialty items!

Fulfillment: You will be prompted to select a fulfillment option either when you add an item to your cart or at check out. We operate our butcher shop out of the Food Lounge Kitchen and pick-up is from one of our six (6) farmers market stalls.
